Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders Lottery Rules & Regulations

  1. The lottery will be promoted by Philip Pearce, 12 Bond Close, Pulham St Mary, Diss, Norfolk, IP21 4QN on behalf of Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders.
  2. All profits from the lottery become part of the Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders funds.
  3. Subscriptions will be £52 yearly, £26 half yearly, or £13 quarterly by standing order.
  4. Payment may by made by cheques made to Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders for 6 or 12 months or by BACS – Sort Code 30-99-97, Acc No 00109740, Ref- Lottery.
  5. The lottery consists of a maximum of 120 members.
  6. There is no limit to the amount of memberships each person may have.
  7. All members will be issued with a 3 figure membership number which will be their number during the duration of their time in the lottery. The numbers will be any three figure combination of 1 to 6 of which there are 120 possible combinations.
  8. Each week there will be one prize winner of £60.
  9. The winning numbers will be the first 3 dogs home in first race at Yarmouth greyhound stadium on each Wednesday evening. E.g. If the dog in trap 3 wins, the dog in trap 5 is second and the dog in trap 2 is third, for that week the winning numbers will be 352 in that order.
  10. In the event of a non-runner(s) in the first race, the lottery will be based the first race that evening that has 6 dogs running.
  11. If the winning combination of numbers has not been sold or there are no 6 dog races on a particular evening, the prize money will be rolled over to the following week
  12. Winners will be paid by cheque the following week.
  13. A full list of winners will be sent out with Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders Newsletter and will be posted on the Homefinders Facebook site. Anyone wanting a list of winners can do so by emailing the promoter Philip Pearce pusspearce58@yahoo.co.uk
  14. The promoter reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time. Any changes made will be announced in a Facebook post on the Successful Homing at Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders Facebook page. Such announcement will be posted before the changed rules come into effect. And the revised rules will be available on the Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders website ahead of the change coming into effect.
  15. In the event of any dispute the promoter’s decision is final.
