  • Star

Super handsome Star has unfortunately been returned to kennels after over a year in a home. He is really struggling adjusting to kennel life and is desperate to get back to home comforts.

Star is a lovely friendly and affectionate lad who walks nicely on the lead and walks out well with the other hounds. Star would benefit from someone with some dog experience to help him thrive.

To give him the best chance of settling, Star will be best as the only dog in a grown up home. He is housetrained and able to be left once he’s settled in.

    No young children/cats.

A forever home would be ideal but foster will be considered to get him out of kennels.

  • Libby

Sadly, due to no fault of her own, Libby is due to be returned. She was adopted early December (after 10 months in kennels) and has adjusted to home life really well…

Poor Libby does not cope well in kennels. She is looking for a home with someone around most of the time to help her settle in but has started to be left for short periods.

Libby could live with older children/teenagers but will likely be best as the only dog in the home. She may be able to live with a super chilled male dog who will let her be the boss!
She has just turned 6 and is a dinky girl at only 25kg.

Although good on the lead, Libby may freeze on walks during the settling period, so needs a patient person. As she grows in confidence and feels settled and secure, this will improve. She really enjoys quiet countryside and woodland walks!

Libby has been quick to learn her new routine and is clean indoors. She has a very affectionate and loyal nature and loves her comfy bed.

    Libby’s ideal home

Libby would be best suited to a relaxed home in a quieter location with a kind and patient person who will help her grow in confidence. Libby doesn’t enjoy being in her kennel so we’d love to find her a home soon.

Libby’s racing name was Take Off Libby [IU/UK 2019]  Born November 2019
